« Lovely and well maintained campsite, although quite noisy. Lodge was clean and reasonably spacious. Kids activities were great. We made good use of the bouncy castle and swimming pools. Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the rules regarding swimming shorts in the pool seemed unnecessary and were just confusing. The campsite was still noisy after 10pm (and often up to 1am) from people coming back from each evenings entertainment. Recycling bins were full to overflowing most of the time. STAFF DRIVING AROUND THE CAMPSITE AT 1700 (TEA TIME) WITH AIR-RAID SIRENS TO GET PEOPLE'S ATTENTION FOR THE EVENINGS ENTERTAINMENTS, WAS HORRENDOUS, EXCESSIVE, UNNECESSARY AND VERY UNWELCOME. PLEASE STOP DOING THIS. Staff also do not stick to the 10mph speed limits on their golf carts. I also encountered a number of staff drive towards me and my children in their golf buggies, in order to go around the speed bumps. This is highly dangerous and also unnecessary. »

« We were camping & the toilet/shower facilities were poor. The pitch had bits of rubbish left from previous people. The pool area was good & shop staff really friendly. »

« Loved the pools (1 for swimming, 1 for playing) although I think the lane pool could be open earlier for the swimmers of the world wanting to get a session in before the kids get up, The evening entertainment was a bit mixed. The live band was great, Karaoke is always good fun but the Magician was awful. On another site we have basically had just dance on screen which gets everyone up. Shop was well stocked with essentials. Expensive but acceptable given the convenience. Restaurant wasn't great (but this might have been for the 1 night we went there), although Pizzas and Burgers by the main pool were good value and very tasty. Chalet wasn't the best, a very dark pitch and smelt a bit musty, but was OK. I could also have done with a shortcut between a couple of chalets to get to the pool quicker. It just made the journey unnecessarily long. »

« Pitch double booked on our second night. Had to swap Pitch as came back from day out to find other campers on there. Agreed to swap and requested refund which was agreed. However this refund has not been made. »

« Great location for quiet relaxation near beach and hikes. Kids club, bouncy castle and pools great. We went in late June/early July and were disappointed with restaurant times as only done food from 12-2 and 7pm in evening. An option for an earlier dinner would have been better. Oven didn't work so made cooking a little harder. Otherwise lovely with friendly staff. »
